Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email unless you choose to ship the same day where you will be contacted for time of drop off. Beaute VMV is no longer responsible for a package after it is shipped and the tracking number has been provided.
All international customers are responsible for paying any custom fees associated with your purchase.

Due to the nature of our items, there is no refund or exchange.

For special requests, orders can be canceled when we are in the design process ex: coloration on extensions (cancellation fee will be applied). Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled. If after conversation, it is possible to change the color on the extensions , we will gladly change it but a additional fee will be added.
Items that arrive damaged:
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of receiving. Once this information is received, we will create and send a replacement as soon as we can. Damaged items are not eligible for a refund, only replacement.
